You own or have inherited a residential property in Philadelphia

The home needs repairs

You are willing to rent the home affordably after it’s fixed

This is your first time trying to rent out a property

You’re open to working closely with our team throughout the process

You are not currently living in the unit

This includes:

Seniors who can no longer live in the home but want to keep it in the family

Heirs managing an inherited property they’re unsure what to do with

Families who wish to move to a new property, but would like to rent out their first property

The property must be in Philadelphia

You must be willing to rent the home at an affordable rate for a minimum period

Single-family homes or small multifamily units (2–4 units)

You must have legal ownership or a legal recourse to administer the property
